You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. S D Pharma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading or incomplete information.

3. User Conduct

When using S D Pharma, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading or incomplete information when placing an order or uploading a prescription
• Harass, threaten or abuse our staff or delivery team
• Use the platform for any commercial, promotional or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' accounts, orders or data
• Create multiple or duplicate accounts for deceptive purposes, including promo code abuse

4. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our licensed store and delivered by our delivery team, following standard hygiene and safety protocols. Accurate delivery depends on correct address and contact information provided by you. Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid, legible prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

5. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

S D Pharma provides medicine supply and delivery services only. Content on our website does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified physician for guidance on your health, diagnosis and medicine usage.

6. Fees and Payments

Medicine prices are communicated clearly before checkout. Home delivery may include an additional charge in certain areas or below a minimum order value. Payments can be made via cash, card or UPI, and are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispensed or delivered, except where required by law or in case of damaged or incorrect items.
